Managers are promoted for being slimy and unethical. They are no doubt laughing to the bank, as their MIP's were not impacted, and MIP levels are not 10% like a maxed band 4, but 30%, 50%, 250% for First, Second, and Director levels! Yep, they don't tell you that secret! And VP's are pulling an average 650% base pay. That is their deal, for the unethical flowdown like these RIF's.
