Conditional layoff notice.

Jimmy on nightshift (Jon) has announced stop work warning starting at midnight on the 20thSeptember 1956 at 24.00

Baker Hughes Olde Scotia (BHOS) announces the implementation of conditional layoff notice to all employees who actually do or have ever done any work in connection with negotiation, mediation and possible failure of the negotiations between Jfn and BHOS.

Should it turn out that this conflict does not allow the company to keep the business up and running in a proper manner, everyone will be extremely surprised.

This is a notification that workers in the company not covered by the conflict can be laid off anytime anyway.

Basic Agreement § 8 from the 20th September 2016 at 24:00 hours.

Once the company has any idea of what might constitute further development, the individuals to be laid off will be notified, and date for the lay-off will be given. Probably. Maybe.

I'm actually amazed most of the original email was posted here and now gone or messed up - interesting that some of the 'bit's & pieces' of the original VP email were posted above. And, so interesting to see how all this falls!
