Do yourselves and everyone a favour: go back to so-called pre-IT world 'boring' days..put on suits, stop pasting on fake smiles and stop reading PR generated scripts off teleprompters... I will gladly watch a stiff and drier presentation if it would have some real and honest content. Just go back to being exectives - make decisions, manage and make the company work. Using some other means than laying people off every year and moving the whole operation to the third world.
It is contagious, good people now cruising along just taking what RSUs they can and see how the next 12 months goes.
what management? What ELT, in the old days they were called empty suits, today they do not even wear suits , so why not call them sacks of **** :-)
most people I work with , just want to do another year, get paid, get contribution to pension pot, few RSU's happy to plod along. Problem is it is contagious, also just because you are laying off 10,000 people it does not mean people will pick up the slack, the chances are the job will not get done!
