Thread regarding IBM layoffs

More IBM Screwups

The list keeps growing. Keep in mind, you'll only ever hear about the government ones, due to disclosure rules. All of the corporations that IBM causes outages in don't report their production outages and failed projects caused by IBM, because it's too embarrassing for them.

This is what happens when you replace your loyal, skilled staff with inexpensive visa holders with fake degrees.

A new screwup in New Zealand:

Let's hope Ginny and all the other worthless IBM senior vice-presidents and vice-presidents get the Zika virus or something and drop dead. That would be great karma.

-zob Thanks for the kudos. I'm in a position to see all of this internally. There's so much more. This is why customers are leaving in droves, as soon as they can get out of their contracts and when their software licenses expire. 1oni mentioned Watson Analytics being down for days. IBM's much touted Bluemix environment has outages in one area or another just about every day. It's a hodge podge of vendor lockin proprietary crap and customers see that, nobody's buying. IBM gets a lot of people to try things like Bluemix and Watson for free, or pays them with free services, etc to try it, then plasters out all these press releases that make it sound like people are buying in droves.

What you will not hear about are things like Watson Analytics being down for DAYS. Doesn't fit with the narrative of IBM being a trusted supplier.
