@JwzfjpP-6cwp. That's the whole point! Get ex-Intel smarts for only $17 an hour! And no benefits package! The pity is how many Intel addicts are ready to crawl back to their old jobs for that.
$17/hour? You can get paid more as a substitute teacher and even interact with more mature people
Kelly Services will hook up experienced former Intel BB with nice Green Badge positions at Intel. No promises, but I hear you can expect as much as $17/hour and 1 year contracts with potential for extension and always the possibility of converting to BLUE!
I would return too if the pay was good and the job role was enjoyable. We are all professionals and good money for good work is all we need. Close to home and the infrastructure is nice (although no more free coffee :-) ).
EDN is a pretentious #@!!$#le and probably defends how ISPed people were treated like criminals and branded as low performers even though it was the future value proposition (stocks for next 5 years) that was used as the basis for selection). If a former ISP is being considered for a GB position you can always inquire about the person's psychology and values with former managers, coworkers, and customers instead of flat out denying somebody of a well deserved second chance.
I too returned to Intel as a GB after being laid off for a year. I'm actually on the old team too. I kind of like it to be honest.
as he bends over and repeats; "thank you, sir, may I have another?" What a loser.
SMART and WISE choice @edn
Battered wife syndrome
I am an Intel manager and have always denied hiring ISP people back as GBs. Too risky for sabotage since most are still disgruntled about Intel.
You enjoy the punishment at Intel, OP?👅
S&M takes two.
Why would you want to return as a green badge to such a toxic environment? I would think you would want to divorce yourself of anything Intel just to keep your sanity.
Is this the Pelner guy?
So, are you getting to do your old job for half the pay and no benefits?
black list is for BB positions only.
Call HR, they will set you straight.
Intel can bend rules if they like you and want you.
Blacklist probably only apply to blue badge positions.
green badge is better less politics.
