Goodgame aka Greedgame management have spent two years ruining the Empire game and driving their customer base to other games. The proactive being let go makes perfect sense with what we have seen in game. It became all about how much they could make, not their customers. This was inevitable. I said this company would crumble and it is starting.
Customer service is terrible. Support is sketchy and never on weekends. They believe they deserve time off even when the game is down (USA! was down 2 1/2 days).
When you don't value ALL your players and make being competitive virtually impossible to the average player your demise is only a matter of time.
