A large portion of the employees being replaced are walking out the door with irreplaceable experience. You are going to 'get what you pay for' HCSC. Replacing one 'warm body' with another doesn't mean you are going to have the same dedication and knowledge base that you once did.. the glory days for HCSC are gone. I understand Affordable Health Care was the straw breaking the camel's back for not only HCSC but the Health Care Industry in general. I fear about what will be left for those of us in need of healthcare after all these companies are forced to follow the same path. Pray for those employees that have been shown the door.. they are facing limited, if any, job prospects, especially those 50 and over, and the pool of candidates to select from grows bigger every day. Sad days for this country...
vice - working towards retiring from the company. Now to be smacked in the face with limited job prospects as health insurance companies across the board are all outsourcing to try to stay afloat thanks to Affordable Health Care. There's too much money going out the door for these companies
