Everyone has to bag?

Customer service cant hire anymore people so when the lines get backed up Front End pages the whole store for other teams to come bag for an unnecessary amount of time. Everyone hates customer service now because of this stupid labor cut.

I bag my own groceries at every other store so why do these entitled Whole Foods customers think they don't have to bag their groceries. Then they complain if cashier is to slow for them. Grab a bag you lazy people!

WRONG: Customer service doesn't mean that managers and people from other departments bag groceries. You're paying high dollar for managers and you have them bagging groceries? DUDE, that's a problem. And if you take TMs out of their departments to bag, what kind of SERVICE are you providing to the shoppers in those departments? GET REAL. Having people from other departments bag groceries means bad management, not great customer service. Why not have regional f&kk buddies come in and get off their butts and bag for a change?

Walmart style lines at my store stretching past the endcaps into the aisles.r10 is slower than old system and no baggers slows cashier speed on the larger orders coming into check out lane..#wholefail#wholefoodsmart

Is this all you have to complain about? It's called "customer service".... And that is the type of business you are working for.

Trust me.... I am not a corporate troll, just a fellow TM, but this is about as petty as it gets.

Sorry kids, but let's save the complaints for serious issues... That is if we want to be taken seriously.

All these cuts to make us appear more profitable to wall street.yet the price issues which make us uncompetitive in the market remain,in fact many prices have go e up.this no baggers routine will piss off our overly entitled shopping base,who will feel waiting in line is beneath them.welcome to wholefoodsmart

Actually, at a top employee-owned competitor, customer service is funded by a percentage of each department's sales. Customer service's responsibility is to efficiently allocate its resources, which it does. Associates from grocery, produce etc are NEVER called up front to bag. Only customer service team members who are temporarily lent out to other departments or who are on cleaning detail are called back up. And the idea of using grocery or produce leadership to bag groceries is totally ridiculous and a waste of resources. But let's remember where you guys are working, so no surprise.

One store one team b---s---. Customer service doesnr care about typing in the right codes so why should we help. Every team ans team member for themself.
