Hey RG, just saw the message about completing he confidential put your name in the blank survey. I am thinking the lack of participation would be speaking for itself about how we feel. You truly want candid? Remove the identication part and put in a true comments section for each question. Because how I feel about my boss and what I think of this company is two very different answers.

Is Follett planning to add these comments to the results of the voice survey? The comments about JP should be taken very seriously. He should be moved to a store manager dos and have his pay reduced or better yet, be canned. Then he can see what it feels like to be screwed.
Actions are louder than words. We just moved you from being a professional to an hourly employee. And cut your pay doing so. But hey we just recognized you on the quad. Public recognization doesn't pay the bills A--WIPES!!!!!!
The Voice survey results will show further erosion in employee engagement and satisfaction and that is before the pay cut for 90% of store managers. Spin it as best you can but this has been a disaster for morale.
I've dealt with this guy before. Definitely difficult to work for but hardly the worst.

Initials JP-stands for worthless money muncher wannabe f---tard. Follett doesn't realize what they're losing with this guy and it's a lot. Doesn't return emails or calls and doesn't care to talk to you when he's in your store. Never had a true store visit since he became regional just consistent badgering. AND THEN he tells me my pay is decreasing next month. What a prick!

I assume NE in the last 2 comments stands for Nebraska and if that's the case I second, triple and QUADRUPLE those comments. Worthless guy with a piss poor attitude. So many other greats have been in Follett and he definitely isn't in that league.
I can vouch for the pettiness of that guy in NE! All he cares about is himself and what he can gain to better himself, not his team. I haven't seen him in over a year-that should tell you something. All he does is sit on his a** all day long, talk down to people and collect a check. His boss should see what he does (or doesn't do). He does think he's safe because no one else lives in that territory and I hope he's sadly mistaken-SOON!
This is so true! I so wish I could enter all the thoughts I have about the "regional" in the Midwest in Lincoln but I can't. He's an idiot, doesn't do any work, degrades people and thinks he's safe because he in Ne. Oh I wish the tables would be turned on him and soon. This company is crapper.
