you think that's an ethics violation try putting in PTO (personal time off) a year in advance then the day before you have to use it they tell you either have to sell it or loose it because you now have to work on a program that has no chance of delivering this year. And no you can't work the L3 paid holidays off only then ones you put it.
No one in Waco gets let go for non performance or ethics violations, you have to do something serious like smoke a foot off the company propterty to get fired, what a joke
