What makes Tech companies so great, Employing great minds? Tech companies know there competitors managers purposely tarnish and eliminate, fire for no good reasons. Most of these managers do not have social skills and do not play well with others. These managers manipulate the system to cover their own incompetence. The Tech companies ignore the black balling the bank does. The Tech companies hire the eliminated genus employees to help leverage their stock to make a great company. Foolish managers and Human Resources playing political games. What does this say about the CEO? Many managers do all the work while the employees sit around and learn nothing until the manager wants to eliminate and then claim the employees cannot perform the job (Who's fault is this). Setup at its finest and the midyear reviews are merely political, handing someone a tissue can be considered group participation.

That's exactly what some managers are doing blackballing some employees to get rid of them as in fire them to save the money on the severance package. If they can't get you one way they will find another way to get rid of you to save that money, simply because the department does not make revenue, they can't afford to pay you that severance package, so it's easier for your incompetent manager (fire you) to point fingers at the employees blame it on them claiming they are not performing well, so they can end up looking good like they are being a true "manager" . My advice is to go venture out to other companies they will treat you better, give you the respect you deserve & pay you more...do not sit there and let them fire you for no reason. As for the managers that are doing this crap..what goes around comes around...karma police is around the corner.

i think i am blessed to get laid off, it was a dead end job and everybody else will join me very soon. time to move on to bigger things in life. my mind and brain was numb and was going crazy in that place....time to move on .
