Agree even no one asked me to like him
i remembered a comment about kennedy , aboutt one of his books (another book you can forget about), that was on amazon.com , i did retrieve it

This was sheer drivel !!! a disappointing purchase ... I was attracted to the title and the posted reviews, which seemed reasonable at face value.
So ... I thought I would check how I got it so wrong. I decided to look a little deeper at the Author and the extent this cat fooled me - well here are my findings (in chronological order) about the Author, Kevin J Kennedy who claims to be a captain of industry and preach leadership:
Unceremoniously ejected out of Cisco after successfully avoiding noticing the details of an impending collapse of the Service provider segment, which he presided right through its collapse.
Went to Openwave, (now UPIP) where he oversaw (as COO) shareholder value decline from $4.4B to $1.2B.
Then, at the helm of JDSU he oversaw the market cap decline from $6.5B to $840M. After his departure, in stark contrast, shareholders then saw JDSU market cap triple to $2.5B.
Today he sits at the helm of, Avaya, the once promising TPG and Silverlake asset that has not seemed to pass the threshold of a public company after several attempts, and declining revenues during his tenure.
So with that track record - it's little wonder I wasn't impressed after reading!

yes, kk is most probably 'globally bad'
not so bad for a few as good enough to execute ordres coming down from the owners (which is probably the only reason why he came at avaya ..
a poor leader just here to serve the owners and certainly not the company
so why shoul you like him ?
