It appears University of Oregon pays out nice. Some guy named Helfrich just got a severance of 11.5 million dollars. It's out there dude, don't stop looking.

Took a pay cut from 350k not including stock to about 250k and living in odd, but some sweet equity so the jobs exist if you are good!

Any government management position pays huge. All of us that went to college, busted our butts for that meager 1% raise are fools. The real money and pension is in Government. And they know it. They are all laughing at the rest. Best kept secrete - the real 1% ers is Government employees.

Package like that is not very likely in Oregon. I only manage to find one paying half of what Intel paid around here. I am looking around for a better paying position but that might mean moving to California.
