No I am not posting to myself. I responded twice.
Given all the rumors swirling around, which oracle management must be aware of, you'd think they would put out an internal message telling people not to worry and go back to work (that would be plain common sense thing to do) but that doesn't seem to have happened, which feeds more uncertainty and speculation. The job of management is to manage not to be passive bystanders.
Start looking now! It comes without warning and they do it so you do not get 60 day WARN. Benefits end the day you leave the bldg....ho ho ho!!!

Is this really happening? How much of sparc will be hit? I thought they are still in massive hiring mode.

Did you confirm Burlington having meetings?

heard nothing... Lots of Oracle folks are hearing plenty and had meetings
regarding this..
