Yup, after 18 years in my field was given a PIP all of a sudden....felt like I was walking around with the scarlet letter; lo and behold....gone!
clip makes me proud to be honeywell employee....... nice job cote you fkn clown
Very similar, I once told a Honeywell Aerospace upper management person "No" based on a leadership over a team position, was put on PIP at next review. Turned in my notice and been happy with my new company ever since.
Yes, he is like a boss I had withing the company a number of years ago. At a employee meeting, The facility manager was ask a question about Vacations he couldn't answer. After the meeting was pulled aside and told. "don't you ever ask me a question at a meeting before you run it by me first.
He's lucky thy didn't ask him about furloughs of employees that are working firm fixed price contracts for the USG.
Thisis very typical of Cote. At a recdnt Town Hall a woman asked him about the layoffs and work from home policies and he basically threstened her job just for askingthe question.
He is VERY uncomfortable being challenged. He has a buch of YES men and women on his staff.
Only surprise here is that he thinks he can snow this gov audience over because he's so used to thinking he is snowing over his 100,000 (well, minus the RIF vics) employees. Basically because no one @ honeywell has the balls to call him out. No one WANTS to get fired for insubordination.
wtf!
