I have recently visited Target India from Minneapolis. Cant imagine how much junk we have in Target India. I am sure 90 percent of the engineers can be fired immediately without any impact to the company. They won't produce anything useful. There are lot of bright engineers available in US and twin cities. Leadership team, please fire all these useless people and get good engineers in Minnesota.

TTS need to fire all the Indian leaderships first. These useless dart bags have no qualifications and they are moving jobs to India whenever and wherever they get a chance. Take a look at TTS Org chart, majority of TTS leaderships in US are Indians and they don't hire anyone but Indians as well as bringing Indians from offshore office and providing green cards for them. Does not make any sense at all.
Dude...have seen knowledge transfer sessions from American to India talent and later company removed American. Many many... Members gone. It will never happen opposite. Am writing to Trump. Thanks for advice. Company should stop processing visas and green cards. Shame on leadership as they encourage offshore development at the cost of Americans.

Let us write to Trump. Am serious. Why Target sponsoring visas / green cards for target India while so many Americans are equally competent and job less. This is not good for country like USA. If we have to go another country for the same reasons or opportunitys people will not tolerate us. So we are killing our own talent and generations with blind eye. America First.
