elbow grease will not save us

my mothers youngest brother was in wwII and he had a solution to every problem. Elbow grease. I have lived by that and have found that no amount of elbow grease will save SHC now. It can not be done. I need to get past thinking about doing things the way we did when there was still hope. It's all a bad dream we are waking up from and now we have our lives back to do what we want with.

Pretty much running out of employees who actually show up for any shift all over the place. The ones who do show up have to take the heat from what customers there are and they don't get paid for trying to all of the extra work.

I have a lot of respect for my co-workers who keep showing up. Respect doesn't pay the bills though.

I think you've got it. The company would need about a hundred thousand more elbows, working more than 9 hours a week, with some incentive beyond a minimum wage to show up and do a decent job. A few long time employees stuck in memories of the old days don't stand a chance.
