Not true, the average business wants a full service phone company that will take care of its telecommunications needs like Avaya once was. Why? Because they have a business to run and it’s not a phone company. Once Avaya turned to self-service its customers started leaving to other companies that would provide the service they required.

Vonage i just a local Broadsoft based service provider. While you are correct that the swing is towards OPEX Cloud instead of CAPEX on-premise, I hardly think Vonage is driving the future of UC.
