They [Follett] manipulate labor law changes and cut my actual wages. I am one of those middle managers that was salaried and now cut to hourly. Follett basically forced me to quit my job because of what they expect for me to get done and what they are willing to pay to manage one of their stores. Just not right - not fair. If you are considering working for them - do yourself a favor and look else where. The college scene is going full bore online and digital - they'll be needed less and less until they go away - hopefully soon enough! Soon it'll be kiosk based.

A lot of folks annoyed and angry due to salaried to hourly switch
