I wondered if others are in the same position .. I was hit in the uk in the most recent yearly Cisco layoff cycle, won't go into specifics but Cisco are quibling wording in my goal sheet. They seem to just want to pay the agreed settlement and see the back of me.. my solicitor suggests I've got a strong case although it's obviously going to cost me to take this to the next level... any of the rest of the 'Cisco family' suffering the same treatment? .. it's probably part of the 'screw people deal' ...

You are entitled to 100% of Q1 commission.
You are entitled to all your commission up to the date of your termination plus 30 days depending on what has been recognized. (Goal Sheet T&C)
Settlement Agreement allows you to pursue the company for unpaid commission. But it is full settlement for "wrongful dismissal" of any kind.
Your lawyer can get hold of all of this under disclosure.
My Lawyer got me extra package and enough to cover his costs. HR will not produce specifics. Your manager will give vague references to a matrix as to the reason for redundancy. Just keep pushing they don’t want you to go to court.
