everything COP needs to function as a lean operator can be done from BVille. Cut the crap and move ops to cheaper costs.

I heard there were twenty staff moved to alaska as part of this whole thing. That had to cost close to a million dollars in just moving expenses. WTF? We could have kept 5 people employed for that.
Shut down Bartlesville and centralize operations to Houston. Get rid of the scum and save at the same time!
