No it's like that at every company because other companies don't have directors, VPs, evps, etc that are as corrupt as HRC and trump. HR does nothing for the employees but blow smoke up their butts and see if the employees have a case to report back to legal. Go to DIR DEFH EEOC they do much better job than HR so GFY
@KbtwQhv-1fiq, an HR manager makes as much as a sr. or staff engineer, if not more, and most people view them as providing NO value. that's the hatred. At least the engineer can cook up a bash script to justify their existence. The HR person can only parrot back the company lines. Better to replace with a chatbot.

I don't get the hatred of HR. I mean, who expects much from HR? You talk to them when you're hired and when you go. In between, you should never see them. It's like that at every company.
