Nepotism is a common practice at Shell, i know of at least five individuals that are employed at shell because of a relative or friend in a mangement position. All, placed in good projects and keept low profile while big brother is watching. These empolyees did not even follow the Recruitment process and have been incepted by managers that got them onboard as experienced hires while some did not even have the right background. Some have even gotten international assignments and continues the guided progress......Talking about being fair......how come none of these people were MOR'ed or dismissed.......well, i guess i did not have the right connection, i just beleived in an ideal that i naively called RDS!!!!

Brainwashed Corporate Cronies and sellouts.
The old saying is true. Its not what you know but who. Leads want puppets and conformity.
Managers protection their boys so when this recover same culture will stay and spread like a cancer.
It all starts at the top then remove the much fat still at manager lead level.
P.S. Power point slides are not real deliverables nor create bottom line P&L results. (Only a briefing tool) you need workers to do the work first
