fort smith at one time made everything there except the bowls that had to be poured into molds. but it was still done in the usa. so fast forward and all new equipment is assembled in Singapore and dropped shipped to the site. and its manufactured in various country's but mainly in china. The only thing they still do there is rubber molding and they repair rental returns. My point is they were gutted years ago on the low cost out sourcing program. And i can bet what is left is going to Bryant Texas. I hope things turn around for all of you that stayed. I left during furloughs I could not keep going after years of no raises. And yes its hard to leave but I make more money.
Labs in Golden shutting down and relocating to Houston. The Omni crew always said that was the plan.
Signal Hill either closing or going too
It is true, Fort Smith Mfg is also on the move list. It will be happening in the first quarter 2017.
They want everything to be in Houston like the other successful companies. Wish they could actually be successful like the other successful companies but that's WFT.
Approved by BDD, so must be true.
Not happening bro.
