It's incredible that only one person has been formally indicted for this...Investors should have sued the whole HP/HPE Board for approving the acquisition. It's a lame excuse putting all the weight on the Autonomy key leaders. There is absolutely no way this fiasco would have passed all the analysts and auditors prior to the acquisition without anyone noticing...

Well this has all come to a very sad and tragic end. HP/HPE make a mess of the Autonomy acquisition then decide to drag him through the courts for a decade to cover up their own incompetence, he beats the charges and goes on holidays to celebrate and this is how it ends for him. Very sad.
HP/HPE has been the clown of the tech sector for several years now. We have been a joke since Carly's times. Before then, saying Hewlett Packard was synonym of the best of the best...
It's well documented that HP's CFO (now HPI's CFO) did everything she could to warn the board against purchasing Autonomy. And Meg, well, she was just sharpening the knife she was about to thrust into Apotheker's back.
Don't forget that Granny Meg was part of this disaster...
