Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Trump will repeal executive order on immigration. That means h1b dependent work pernit will be terminated. H1B will come non immigrant visa.

Means you cant apply for green card. Eb1 and certain EB2 category people may be eligible for green card if they have degree from US universities. H1b max renewal only for 5 years.
