I was part of this RIF and CSC ciolated their own HR policy 213 which states that three factors will be used in a RIF.. performance, skill set and time in service. They cut me with consistent 1 and 2 ratings for 14 consecutive years... they cut me at 14 years, 11 months and a few days... saving themselves 2 more weeks of severance payout.
