If the company wrongs, do not engage. Do not mention it. They don't like the wiseguys, you might get fired for it.

Get used to micromanagement, no way to fight it, so learn how to cope.

Get used to be lied, about everything, so you might start learning to return a favor.

These comments do not represent what I have experienced in my 29 years
Its not perfect, but I don't feel I'd been lied to or definitely not micromanaged.
Be readyt to be backstabbed
Add "be prepared to do your managers job" to that list.
An individual could apply that survival list to 98% of companies possibly all of them.
So many people left because of bad management.
