You can find WARN list notices online for any state. I would be surprised if you found Oracle on any of them. The way they structure their layoffs, they don't let go of enough people at a given site at a time to trigger the requirement to provide a WARN notice to the state (there is other criteria beyond that, and many exceptions to the criteria as well). It's clear they have zero interest in letting anybody have a 60 day notice to get their lives in order before a job ends.
