Lowell was ecstatic that Trump was elected. Just read his LinkedIn. Money and power? How do you know why did he take a billion dollar tax cut when he 50. Why isn't he more transparent? Why doesn't he denounce gaming the system and brag that he paid politicians? He appointed someone who lobbied for Verizon to oversee the federal regulatory structure for Verizon. Honestly I have no clue what he really wants or what he is planning. I know that he is disingenuous with many issues and I simple can't tell what his motivations or intentions. The guy who breached thousands of contracts who let down employees contractors creditors and investors for his gain. Something's way off with our candidates this year.

The story about Ford moving to Mexico and not happening is a known fact that that was a fabricated story and Ford even advised that they had no plans of doing any such thing. Stop drinking the Kool Aid, you are completely blind to the nonsense he says. If you don't realize that he is in bed with these folks then you are extremely dumb. Sorry I can't back someone who has spewed hatred, bigotry and racism over time. Nor can I support someone who can turn a blind eye for what he stands for and still vote for him. Even his selection of garbage to help run this country is scary and yet you think he's the answer. Now I see why you have such a lower position, please stay there.
OP you are mistaken, VZ was behind the Clinton establishment big time. Watch as VZ is forced to bring a percentage of its IT and call center jobs back home now. Lowell even bragged about getting personal phone calls from his democratic VP hopeful buddy. The Trump movement has all the political hacks and grease my palm executive leaderships scared sh*tless. All the VZ money donated to the Dems is wasted now.
Verizon actually donated to a super PAC for Hillary. That came out in the news during the strike.
I agree. We need to relax a bit and see what Trump is going to do. I have already read news stories just this morning that the CEO of Ford informed Trump that a plant they were going to move to Mexico, is not staying in the US. And Apple has announced they may move iPhone manufacturing from China to the US. You can bet that would never have happened with Obama or Clinton in office.
You might be surprised by Trump. He certainly did not seek the presidency for power or money. He already had plenty of each. Whatever his pros and cons may turn out to be, he just might be deadly serious about going after companies who offshore american jobs. We'll see.
