As we are getting very little information from both companies can anyone enlighten me on where we stand with our benefits. Do we remain as we are with bakerhughes are keep our fantastic benefits that we get or do we change over to GE benefits and what I hear is very poor. I know they tell us to go on to new blue bat as per Bugger all on there GE don't pay a bonus so shareholders be careful what we vote for. Ps don't fill this with crap it effects us all

Love dem big full bushes.
Yay for the full bush. I'm never quitting now! GEBAKERHUGHES for life.
All new female college recruits are required to maintain a full bush...
You love all the talk? Go f--- ur self you f---ing prick you talk more sh-- than coco and he is one f---ing clown
I love all this talk about "when activity picks up". Its not happening and GE believes this too - which is why they are bundling their garbage together with BHI. After the dust settles, GE will probably sell their stake to the likes of CNPC. This industry may have another blip or two but its unfortunately in a permanent state of decline. Sure rig count is rising at the moment but we will never see SUSTAINED oil prices over $80 again (adjusted for inflation of course).
And by the way - all major oilfield service companies have slashed benefits so your premise is flawed.
It is early days and the alignment of employee benefits is probably way down the 'to do' list.
Benefits will need to remain comparable to other oilfield service companies or employees will look elsewhere for better opportunities once the activity picks up and there are jobs available.
Bummer
