Staff were laid off earlier this year. The way it was handled was completely unprofessional.
Thermo is all about corporate figures.
There is absolutely zero chance of progression within your role unless you brown nose your way into a job.

You don't get a raise unless you meet your goals, not how well you do your job. To meet your goals, you have to brown nose with your higher ups.
I couldn't agree more. We have very frustrated customers. Noting is personal, it's all about figures and stats.
