due to heavy regionalism no one will return as all promotions have been taken by tamil in chennai and marathi/gujju in pune....
beware the work loads have doubled with no hike and appraisal system has move from bad to worse
The quality of freshers is worst with low grade college candidates brought in from Indore and bhopal .. very difficult to get work done from these resoures as they cdont have programming skills and can sit for more than 1 hour and focus
