All SC mask designers who are non-exempt will be cut. You have milked Intel for tons of OT over the past few decades.

No layoffs, just massive hiring spree.
Santa Clara site has been hiring a lot this year. What I have heard, some groups may be axed in 2017 or at least will be forced to relocate.
