Fiserv needs to look into HR and employee retention . HR is fake and do not maintain employee confidentiality and the managers bully and harass employees if they want to want you to leave . Very poor managerial practices .. Too many reorgs making it very inefficient

HR is definitely fake and not people oriented. Ironic for HR? Not at Fiserv. Too much naval gazing and blame culture is encouraged by HR who are full of their egos.
