I just remove pads and keep it moving. Hey Altice, GOTO HELL!!!
Sorry, just don't care anymore about what I do in the field just like they don't give 2 sh--s about me.
LOOK, I'm already a CONTRACTOR!

I agree, 2 wrongs don't make a right. Take pride in your work! I would say this company is creating the most stressful time of my life ever. I do the same job as I always have and smile. Nothing will hurt these filthy pigs except a third party and loss of their bonuses. United we stand, divided we continue to get kicked in the b!?ls ! Vote yes!
Taking off traps an not fixing the issue is dumb. Go ahead loosen fittings remove traps, the union cant save your job if u dont do it. Find a better way to fight your fight. Some of us have bills an a mortgage to pay you dumb a--. An no im not managment, im a tech like u who hates to see this place turn to sh--. But we should still have pride in our own work. Fight strong not stupid
our rules for ingress and pads was pretty lacking at my depot but this was in 2013, 2014 before Altice. OSP was doing one thing, we were doing something else. Never on the same page. I can thank the hapless supervisors and management for that. I even suggested a couple times we have a department meeting to get everyone on the same page but that fell on deaf ears. I was just a lowly tech, what could I possibly know?
The first rule of project jobs is you don't talk about project jobs.
Thats the wrong road to travel my friend . Fight back in another way and vote Union.
What's the first rule of project jobs?
