No basis for any buy out rumors....consolidation maybe, but HON not likely to sell off thier engines OEM or R&O lines...

Guys, this is nothing new, SA has been up for sale for some time now, the parent company looks to have treated this as a buy and sell deal from the beginning thought it wouldn't make sense to buy them

Did we buy them or are they taking over R&O? Kind of cryptic I think.
