Yes. First amendment applies. However, some of the negative comments, if made from a Hon computer can be used as grounds for misuse of Hon equipment.

If the post was made from outside of Honeywell network, the company will have to subpoena thelayoff.com to get the IP address and then subpoena the ISP to get your name. Not going to happen
