I have been pretty much doing paperwork for last 20 years, I work with suppliers and send reports to management in daily basis, I heard more layoffs are coming and I believe I will be affected, I did not developed any other technical skill these years, Please help!!

QC used to be a good place to work in year 2004 to 2010.
After that it grow too big and top heavy.
It becomes a indian mafia culture.
If you are working for 20 years, u must hv accumulated good $$$, if the fire u, then just take serverance amount and enjoy !!!

Honestly this type of person is what it must be layoff as cannot add any value, any intern or engineer fresh from college can do same paperwork....
You are not any different than many there especially managers, you might even be more qualified than most of them
