To whoever posted that it would be sad if RS was cut. You don't think it's sad that over 600 of us just lost our jobs? We all work hard! Constantly being pushed to do more and more and more. Many of us work without breaks just to make sure we hit those numbers. Humana cares sure they care about the almighty $$$$ They certainly don't care about their associates who bust their asses day after day just to be told to do more. Make a few more calls. Do a few more tasks oh in your spare time you can enjoy your wellness breaks and all the training Humana offers. Yeah right. Who the hell has time for that? I'm doing my mail on my own time now. Just to be clear none of you are safe. More cuts are coming so BB and the others can continue to send their kids to private schools and have fancy things. Hope Puerto Rico likes my job.

CHE here. Had telephonic mtging and was told layed off effective April 4. Told to talk to our supervisor and continue to work as usual. Really! Very cold to do over phone and our Supervisor didn't even know about it, the whole team layed off ! I see a bunch of lay offs coming. Lives changed and turned upside down!
I don't think anyone knows what's going to happen next....hoping those impacted get transitioned safely and securely
I don't think RS world will be impacted. We are basically the work machines as well the nurses. It will be sad if the cut RSs why because I know people work so hard to reach this numbers.
Can someone please tell me if RIT/RS are going to be laid off? The worry is killing me.
Mike Franke wasted our time today. The man avoids all questions and talks in circles. I had metrics to meet and he wasted my quality time. Humana going down the tube. Wonder if they are in trouble with CMS. We will never know answers or who is next.
Definitely going through the motions here, turned down a position outside of Humana after being lied to about SNP not going anywhere! Then I come back from maternity leave to get this news!! Way to go Humana I worked real hard to get in the door this was a sh--ty way to get me out! Smh!!
You were all let go because you were the top paid people in your dep . If you trim your overhead it makes merging a lot easier when the numbers look better . It's a shame they broke the golden rule shame shame 600 hundred families affected for growth. Hope they sleep well at night !!
I was a top metrics performer on my team, no occurrences and had an extra tasks to do daily and was still let go. Not very logical and bad business. Mike Franke is a joke. Danced around the details of why associates were in his words " impacted". Pathetic. Ready to move to a new career and put this horrible experience behind me. Good luck to those of you who were " impacted". We all deserve better than this
Please don't count on Humana to transition you to another role. I was later off last year and most of our team did not find another role within Humana. Ironically, the offers were denied left and right. I was there for 2 years.... I'm glad I got out when I did!
SH PHC here... wondering what happened to that "Golden Rule" they stress we should use with our members... being laid off and hearing Mike Franke say SH could grow, throws me through the ROOF. What a joke. Tell your lies to my kids who will ultimately suffer tell your lies to my husband who will need to work more overtime and miss out on seeing his kids because of your greed. All about greed. This merger didn't happen and we're here getting screwed based on "company approved assessment " -kick rocks.

We were told over and over "SNP is here to stay, don't worry!" Then BAM! The meeting yesterday was ridiculous, we could not ask questions, our coach was not informed, therefore couldn't answer questions! I'm anxious to hear the all call meeting today from the billionaire CEO..🙄
What is worse is we still have to work knowing we are fired. It'a a horrible way to work, constant anxiety about the future. Humana claims to be transparent but they have proved themselves to be deceitful. I'm so upset I ever began working for this company.

I loved working for Humana but it is definitely not the company it was when I started. I'm thankful I got out when I did but my heart hurts for my friends that are stuck with this duplicitous behavior of management.

The only transparency is that Humana is about the money. The used the PHC & others to get a 5 star rating meaning if they get it they get 90 million. They are also getting millions from Aetna because the merger didn't go through. One CEO admitted on a company wide recorded call he was best friends w/ a CEO @ Aetna & he implemented changes to help the merger which back fired & now we pay the price

I was spared from the layoffs so far but not so stupid to think that means I'm safe....I'm a FCM but heard over 50 FCMS were part of the layoff. It's so stressful now...and we know that top leadership has a plan they won't veil for a few weeks I'm scared of what that plan means for us too, my heart breaks for all those fellow colleagues who were part of the layoff. It makes no sense

As "transparent " as Humana claims to be sadly, coaches don't always have a heads up as to what is going on, or why. I'm hoping everyone impacted can transition into other positions smoothly, easily and quickly. As a HAH person, I am sorry those laid off were laid off, and not sure what's next, but that's where the transparency helps....
CHE. Was put on calendar in the middle of the night. My supervisor wasn't even told before hand. Cowardly way. Not very humane at all.

I was part of that lovely call today. I am a PHC in the HCCP At Risk Dept. Have also heard of a PHC Coach in my same Dept that was on the call and a coverage team PHC.
Are RIT (Referral Intake Team) or RS (Referral Specialist) positions going to be affected?
My husband is a PHC, not SNP and he is one of the ones being laid off.
