So true. They promoted people already making a lot of money and gave them more money. Meanwhile the people actually doing the work are shuffled around like chess pieces and still expected to do a great job with no incentives in sight. The environment they have created is so distracting and negative.
Sadly, this rings so true. Cronyism is continuing to ruin leadership in PD&D. If only the 2015 layoffs had taken out more of the fools at the director level. So many talented designers and engineers lost their jobs to save the do-nothing, self serving leaders.
