Look for a better management, compensation, treatment and fairness in other company in SD or Bay Area, there are plenty of jobs and good engineers who can help with references if needed. The engineers who are afraid of leaving is because nobody is going to hire then due to lack of knowledge, for you the world is open, please go head and start leaving.
