DOJ sues Oracle for employment discrimination favoring Indians. Cisco is probably worse. Is it next?

Washington states federal complaint against Trump's pause on travel from dangerous countries is based on concerns about Microsoft's, Amazon's, and others ability to bring in H1-B workers. (This is real!)

Let's be clear Indians are curropt but so are the other asians. I am not Chinese or look Asian but I speak mandarin and if they only knew I understand everything being said in break rooms, hallways, and rest rooms. Very racist and hypocritical culture. Not only is it bad to hire just one race but it's a form of discrimination to others and drives away talent just for this reason.

@snd, neither. I worked with many Indian H1-B's in Cisco. A lot of them faked their degrees or resumes because so many turned out to be nearly computer illiterate. They got in Cisco because they are the relatives or spouses of someone who is already in the management chain. Lot's of Cisco Engineering groups in SJC only hire Indians. Not sure how Cisco can get away with it, but not Oracle?

If you work in high-tech, you aren't allowed to say anything bad about the H1B replacement workers. If you do, it is labeled "discrimination" or not embracing "diversity".

Worked at both, Cisco 5 years, Oracle 8 years. Cisco is bad. Oracle is one level up, shameless and they are not even trying to hide it.
