The CoreLogic site in Westlake, TX had already outsourced all the software development to Cognizant who bought in only H1-visa workers from India by the time I got there. Their IT support was also already outsourced to what was Dell Services who also had many outsourced workers at the site also. I worked in production support and was told in October 2016 that our jobs were being outsourced to Tata 'consulting', an Indian company, and we had to train our replacements or we would not receive our severance. HR told us that they were 'from the US' but they lied. All our replacements were H1 workers from India. I refused to train any of them but I still got my severance so US workers should stand up to this and NOT train any replacement workers.
