Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

I heard now that the coaches are required to watch the employees that will get severance.

Threats are made that if we screw up it is automatic fire and no severance.

They are holding members from us making it hard to meet metrics for some.

They offer support and now we have to use lunches and wellness breaks to meet career navigators and things put in place for us. This means still meeting metrics. Hold tight everyone.

If they start firing us we should all go to court. They also want us to use full days of PTO and not take half days.

It effects team average and coaches can't get credit. Flash reports and reviews are showing exceeding all average and team and then one little incident puts you as inconsistent.

The numbers aren't adding up. Anyone else seeing all of this???

That is absolutely terrible but so, so the way Humana is operating these days. Of course the management will do all they can to make each day impossible for you so you either quit or get fired for impossible to meet metrics. Either one will save the company a lot of money.

I would suggest that you document all that is happening so, if you do get fired, you can use that to fight for unemployment compensation.

I am still employed but working each day in fear of getting termed for not being able to meet the growing demands of this company.
