When a judge days Qualcomm legal team has no candor after she finds out what they've done it's a real thing. Once a corrupted legal team takes over it effects all especially HR - ER who tries to string arm at the lawyers requests. Pittiful and deplorable. Look up Qualcomm six for the newer people. Apple and FTC are going to prevail. Qualcomm should just pay now and save the legal funds. Ask HR - ER to go over the package with you and what signing means. Like if I sign can I get past due wages if I was wrongly classified as exempt? Can I speak in someone else's car if asked? They'll tell you no but answer is yes you can. Qualcomm is Corrupt at its core.

Judge Major had changed her mind after the lawyers were allowed to break attorney-client privilege to defend their actions. In their briefs, THE LAWYERS BLAMED QUALCOMM for misleading them and stonewalling, the Recorder (reg. req.) reports. In her ruling lifting sanctions, Major noted an “incredible lack of candor” by Qualcomm employees and said there was no bad faith by the lawyers.
The six attorneys were sanctioned by Magistrate Judge Barbara Major for “intentionally hiding or recklessly ignoring relevant documents, ignoring or rejecting numerous warning signs that Qualcomm’s document search was inadequate, and blindly accepting Qualcomm’s unsupported assurances that its document search was adequate.”
