How stupid of a rule this is. We were never informed of this rule. Union says we will prob get jobs back.

Well get your union asses to work. You are not being paid to hang out at fast food restaurants. Idiot!!!
You are just the front line employee that actually sees the customer that pays everyone salaries and performs the installation, maintenance, and repairs on the network that you built with your hands.
We sit back and collect the money you earn for us rain, sleet, snow, poles, manholes, ladders ect. and then we discipline you for not earning it faster and harder, using the bathroom and eating. We also insult you calling you fat, lazy, and uneducated.
Thank God our customers like you......for our sake anyway.
