I'm definitely interested. Spent 7 years there... I'm certain I'm owed something.

This is a way for them to let wall street skim more off the top..and they are scared of that class action law suit..they wouldnt have just dropped this baby outta nowhere unless there was some litigation going on-weight n measures, food safety issues etc...

This is just SAD.. Isn't this what my STL was fired for? My understanding is the STLs were fired for operating on a one store gainsharing system. Now WF is going to "OFFICIALLY" promote that system company wide. This is messed on on so many levels. WHOLEFOODS now stands for REACTIVE BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES.

My store still brags/promotes gainsharing to get try motivate team members like it's some huge thing. Hard to motivate when you get cut hits and no gain sharing

In my region the stores under 500k have been on storewide gainsharing for 2 years, my most recent store opened as single team labor and with sales volume not as expected no teams could make labor so it switched to storewide and we make it every week without cutting hours. In our metro we have too many stores and comping double digit negatives, so everyone has struggled for the last 2 years on all teams except one large store on the edge of the metro who has the least negative comps with the most recent cuts half of their teams started missing labor too. One positive of store gainsharing is people don't say it's not my job or pass by trash or water without cleaning it up, and very few weeks were the full time team me member not able to get hours above 36 hours.

This is all to take money off the table from team members. My store has store wide gain sharing and we hardly get any gain sharing and labor is so tight. That's the future boys and girls. Dangle a carrot and yet all of you try and grasp it. Don't forget to hand out free coffee and pray that it proves moral.

Exactly with labor cuts gainsharing is nothing, this company is falling fast, buyout is on the way

The pre-emptive-move-because-of-lawsuit makes sense. This is an awful company. I am glad I got out in 2015.

Merged to store wide in our store already just before the holiday season. Result = new labor budgets and no gainsharing for anyone. The store performed really well during the holidays as well. This is bull-s***.

Gotta love the one week notice on this one. Zero advance communication to the TL group at our location.
