Well here it is from my mouth to your ears. I have been apart of this company for over 13 years. I don't know your experience with your leaderships. I am what you call an invested department manager because I care. Region 8.
Some dept. managers care about their people. I am not alone. "not the hardest working"? Pretty bold statement and I can tell your what is called Nube". I am thinking you have maybe two years with company? If you say you have more then why the hell were you not promoted?
I am also a Marine Combat Veteran you silly excuse for a person. These people chose to help others by taking on a leadership position which I am sure you never have held.
