I think realistically all we can do is wait. What is going to happen is going to happen.. Hopefully the jobs will be based on interview and merit sloughing off the ineffective or lazy managers in the process.. It's a shame it is happening but that is business.. Good luck to everyone out there.

I am a hard working manager and give Lowes 100 percent every day. Do not take breaks, just take hour for lunch. I have never worked for a company like this before. Seems the less you do the more your rewarded. Opps talk is such a joke. They talk about being customer focused and then take away your manpower so you cannot meet your goals. Corporate has no idea what they are doing. Have a store manager that sits on his a-- 95 percent of the day.
